About Me

“Pappachoppers” is my chosen pen (nom de plume), or literary name.   Not initially a pseudonym, because its my daughter’s happy nickname for me.  I say “happy,” because when displeased, my name will then be an extremely refined “Dad!”  I haven’t the foggiest ideal where or how she came up with “Pappachoppers,” but I like it as much as I love her for giving it to me, and her encouraging me to post a blog.  My preference to remain anonymous correlates directly with the subject of many of my blogs.  As, it is my passion to expose the lack of truth and civility in America’s politics by politicians, political pundits, talk show host, and the public.   However, I do appreciate your views, and will reply to any civil comments and recommendations.

 Thank You ~ Pappachoppers

I don’t recall ever being displeased. Surely you are confusing me with someone else 🙂

Ha ha. You will straighten folk out on the civility issue? I looked at your site only because it came up fairly high on Bing RE: the question of whether Muslims (one of whom lived with us for several months and hated himself for playing the Texas lottery and smoking) would be exempt from insurance, as it is apparently considered by some among them to also be be gambling. Since I wanted to see who I was reading, I took a quick look at your “wackadoodles” article, and just for good measure, your take on Chick-fil-a, the owner of whom was ASKED his opinion, in true hateful liberal style, on an issue having nothing to do with CHICKEN, so he might be lit afire with pitch to illuminate the parties of the New Roman Secular Elite. I see you are nothing but a hack, and that within the first sentence of my first two tastes of your work, you showed you are not civil either, so your claim to be able to judge that quality in others is of course deluded, and your objections may be taken, as those of most “progressives” to be projections of your own deepest and darkest prejudices; those of us like the owners of Chick-fil-a, who give value to the world after having been saved and having OUR uncivility both pointed out by Christ and atoned for eternally, YOU cannot see your own uncivility and just project it on others, hoping some great Karmic weighing process will allow you to survive your own hatreds… Good luck, but at 20 after thinking I WAS THE SMARTEST in the ROOM, as you apparently still do, I looked into Jesus. Try it soon, it takes him a LONG patient time to purge the hate out. Ya’d betta get movin, and your daughter will appreciate it, kids can spot a hypocrite a mile away, pappachoppers…

I read your comments, and I am sorry for not getting back to you quickly. I am truly sorry that you did not like an article; but the only thing that I disagree with you is that I have no hate for anyone. Truth be told, much of what you stated is unclear. But I appreciate your comments.

Everything is said is never spiteful. I don’t hate. Dislike is ok with me. Much love to you.
